  4. Analyze the fundamental principles of RTI<\/li>\n
  5. Discuss how to practically exercise the RTI and empowerment to exercise the right<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Learning Outcomes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    By the end of this module, you should be able to:<\/p>\n

    1. Explain the definitions and conceptual framework of FOI and RTI<\/li>\n
    2. Describe the key actors of a successful RTI regime<\/li>\n
    3. Map out the international legal obligations of RTI<\/li>\n
    4. Outline the constitutional and other legal provisions of RTI and awareness on judgements
      \nrelating to RTI<\/li>\n
    5. Map out the fundamental principles of RTI and evaluate their importance to Media Citizens<\/li>\n
    6. Successfully apply the law to a given issue in exercising RTI<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
